We are looking for a motivated individual with a bright personality that is able to manage their own diary.Your day-to-day work will include:
- Property Risk Assessments
- Fire Risk Assessments
- Locality Risk Assessments
- Undertaking the booking and filing of maintenance jobs
- Property Inspections and weekly fire alarm checks
- Record keeping on company software
- Booking appointments with contractors
- Organising work for the maintenance worker
- Renewal of HMO licences
- Maintaining property insurance policies
- Liaising with utility companies to query bills
- Any other associated administration tasks regarding properties.
This is an active role within close proximity to Northampton Town Centre.
Full time hours; Monday
- Friday
Due to the nature of this post, all applicants must have a clear DBS check.
