Description
We are looking for a motivated individual with a bright personality that is able to manage their own diary.


Your day-to-day work will include:

  • Property Risk Assessments
  • Fire Risk Assessments
  • Locality Risk Assessments
  • Undertaking the booking and filing of maintenance jobs
  • Property Inspections and weekly fire alarm checks
  • Record keeping on company software
  • Booking appointments with contractors
  • Organising work for the maintenance worker
  • Renewal of HMO licences
  • Maintaining property insurance policies
  • Liaising with utility companies to query bills
  • Any other associated administration tasks regarding properties.
Driving licence and use of own vehicle required to travel between properties. Mileage allowance paid.

This is an active role within close proximity to Northampton Town Centre.

Full time hours; Monday

  • Friday
Self employed but with holiday benefits.

Due to the nature of this post, all applicants must have a clear DBS check.

£10.50 per hour
