Do you have experience in technical and engineering projects? If you have and are looking to now lead these projects moving forward this could be the role for you

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support in the development of new product and existing products
Knowledge and understanding of control of intellectual property and patents
Management of project plans and scheduling including reporting
Management of budget and costs, including forecasting maintaining profitability
Ensure correct governance and compliance for projects
Developing positive partnerships.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

A graduate within Polymer Engineering or with a working knowledge of Polymer Engineering
Experience leading technical and engineering projects in manufacturing
Knowledge and experience of project management software and tools
Successful track record leading multidisciplinary project teams
Capable of coordinating multiple projects simultaneously
Experience of automotive projects
Demonstrates adaptability and agility in continuous improvement
Selfmotivated, demonstrates drive and resilience
Experience in dealing with IP and Patent specialists

Home based role with some hybrid working as required for team or client meetings

Travel may include possible overseas visits for exhibitions and collaborative stakeholder meetings
