Contract to start on until with a possible extension.


Job Purpose
Kinloss is a home for Children with disabilities.

They need supervision at all times and some level of personal care.

The agency staff will be on shift with permanent staff so will be guided in the children's routines.

There will be an expectation that the worker will take young people out on activities sometimes on their own.


Skills
A knowledge and commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and/or vulnerable adults

Ability to establish professional, effective working relationships with a range of partners/colleagues and children & young people and/or vulnerable adults

Ability to form and maintain appropriate relationships and personal boundaries with children and young people and/or vulnerable adults

Able to carry out physical intervention as part of the Therapeutic Crisis Intervention training.
