Description

Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit a full-time Working Supervisor / Foreman working predominantly on Commercial Refurbishment projects across the North East.

The role of the Working Supervisor / Foreman within M.J.Phoenix & Son Ltd is to maintain the professional image, integrity, high quality of service and site safety expected of us from our Clients on our sites.

Your main duties will include but are not limited to;

Supervising site labour (both directly employed and subcontract)
Ensuring high quality of workmanship is maintained at all times.
Ensuring a safe and tidy site is maintained at all times and that site rules are adopted by all site personnel.
Carrying out all levels of joinery including 1st and 2nd fix
Completing site paperwork in line with our ISO 9001 accreditation

The role will come with a competitive salary package depending on your experience and a company vehicle will be provided.

A valid CSCS, first aid, and SMSTS Or SSSTS are required.
