The Aspire Training Team are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to complete their Level 2 Childcare apprenticeship at a Nursery setting based in Bridgwater.

Butterflies Day Nursery is a family run business with 2 large nurseries in Bridgwater caring for children from 3 months to 4 years.

They have been running for over 20 years and have an excellent reputation within the local community.

This is a perfect opportunity for someone wanting to take their first steps towards a career in childcare learning from fully qualified and experienced childcare professionals in a busy childcare environment.

They believe in investing in staff and giving them opportunities for training and progression within the company.

Some of their apprentices have progressed to Supervisor and one is now a Manager

The Duties and Responsibilities of the Apprentice role include:

**Help organise different activities and encouraging children to participate
Supporting nursery staff with various nursery duties throughout the day
Engage children in learning through play
Some intimate care, such as changing nappies etc.
Maintain a clean and tidy nursery
Serving nutritious meals
Keeping up to date with course work

You must be reliable, hardworking, a good team player and able to follow instructions.

You must also be willing to undertake training in order to gain your Level 2 Child Care apprenticeship.
