Estates and Facilities Coordinator

  • Salary between £25,000 £27,000 depending on experience _

Job Overview

  • Permanent position
  • Full time 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday
  • Office based in Fareham with travel required on occasion
  • The role will cover both residential and commercial property coordination as a support function to the Facilities Manager
  • The role will require interaction with members of staff, tenants, contractors and visitors, so you will be required to be approachable, good at communicating and work well with others

Facilities Manager


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Booking in maintenance and repairs as required
  • Investigate and diagnose repairs to efficiently prepare a trades person to carry out the repair
  • Contract management for residential and commercial property portfolio in conjunction with the Facilities Manager
  • Maintain an understanding of facilities of key commercial properties as part of property portfolio
  • Uphold the standards of both residential and commercial properties as part of property portfolio
  • Maintain good record keeping

Pay:
£25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Fareham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

  • 50% (preferred)
