We're now looking for an Electrical Supervisor to join our friendly Electrical team in Widnes.

This position will be responsible for overseeing responsive repairs and empty homes work of the electrical department and will be responsible for the supervision of electrical workers and the overall operation of the electrical department the Pennine, Hull and Central region.

What you'll do

Ensure all KPI's / SLA's are achieved.
Provide continual project updates to your Delivery Manager.
Assist managing / supervising multiple service providers.
Ensure the quality of work on site by continual monitoring.
Liaise with Management in meetings
Site Meetings, inspections & Liaising with Client
Offer technical solutions / guidance to FLW's.
Carry out toolbox talks and site inductions, where required.
Scrutinise NICEIC certification and offer support & tutoring.
Investigate any complaints / recalls that may arise related to electrical work.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures
Respond flexibly to any necessary changes in work priorities and undertake other duties when required to support the effective operation of the service
Ensure that health and safety requirements are met in accordance with the Group's policy, procedures, and statutory requirements.
Monitor daily workflow, completions and service failures through systems such as Eworks, iElec, iPlanned

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Essential

You must have experience in a supervisory role and take pride in your colleagues' development.
Experienced in electrical installation within social housing domestic & commercial.
Qualified to BS2391 or equivalent
Full driving Licence for at least 1 year.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Excellent team player who can work flexibly to meet business requirements.
Results focused with the ability to take ownership of tasks.
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure, deliver to strict deadlines and manage conflicting priorities.
Customer focused with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, showing the ability to meet the needs of a varied customer base.

Desirable

Relevant health and safety qualification e.g. SMSTS, or equivalent.
Previous supervisory experience

Additional Information

Evolve Facility Services has premises across the UK, and on this basis, there will be the requirement to travel to other locations to effectively perform this role.
The role will be exposed to sensitive information; therefore, the role holder is expected to maintain levels of confidentiality at all times.
In order to fulfil the requirements of this role, you will be required to work flexibly during the hours of operation.
It is a requirement that the role holder holds a current, valid UK driving licence.
