We are looking for a part-time Divisional
Administration Support to work at our headquarters in Exeter.


The purpose of the role is to provide professional and pro-active admin support to the team that serve Salvation Army centres across the Southwest.


To succeed in this role, you must be able to provide administrative support to a high standard, proficient IT skills in Microsoft Office, good customer service & organisational skills, accurate record keeping and be able to work on your own initiative.

An ability to handle confidential information is essential for this role.


The role will involve maintaining spreadsheets, working within processes, managing diaries, organising meetings & travel, typing reports, taking minutes and dealing with enquiries from the public.

Strong communication skills are essential.

In addition you will have a proven ability to produce newsletters and publicity material would also be an advantage.


You may be required to lone work within an office environment or visit corps within Devon and Cornwall on occasion, travel expenses will be paid.

You will be required to work within the Christian ethos of The Salvation Army.
