Kingswood Group are working with a leading professional services firm to recruit an experienced HR Workforce Analytics Analyst to join them on a 12 month fixed term contract working on a high profile HR system transformation project.

This role can be basedfrom any of their regional UK offices and offers hybrid/flexible working.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Work with the Workforce Analytics Manager to create a credible reporting change and delivery process
  • Responsible for the creation, interpretation, and delivery of meaningful workforce analytics
  • Provide external data insights to drive organisational performance
  • Work with the implementation partners and other process leads to identify requirements and work collaboratively to ensure that those requirements are delivered in the most appropriate format i.e. dashboard, self serve reports, scheduled reporting.

Skills and experience required include:

  • Proven work experience with extensive knowledge of HR /People reporting technology and practices.
  • Advanced use of Excel
  • High level awareness of GDPR and data governance
  • Workday experience is desirable although not essential
  • Demonstrable skills in one or more selfservice BI tools, e.g. Power BI, QlikSense, Tableau
  • Highly organised approach to work with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced project environment
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent written, and verbal communications skills with the ability to relate and communicate at all levels
  • Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy in all work
