Are you a motivated and passionate individual with experience in the hospitality industry? White Swan is currently seeking a dynamic Supervisor to join our team at our pub in the buzzing area of Aldgate East

Our pub is a hub for locals, office workers, and students alike - a lively and vibrant atmosphere where a great team create an unforgettable experience for all our guests.

As a Supervisor, you will play a vital role in supporting the management team with the day-to-day operations of the business.

Your primary goal will be to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service, while also fostering a positive work environment for our dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Opening and closing of the business.
• Support the management team in the efficient running of the pub, ensuring smooth operations on a daily basis.
• Demonstrate a passion for drink, taking pride in delivering a memorable experience for our guests.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team, encouraging and motivating team members to achieve excellence in customer service.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality sector, demonstrating effective leadership skills.
• A true passion for the food and beverage industry, with a dedication to exceeding customer expectations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build positive relationships with both customers and team members.
• Detailoriented with excellent organisational abilities, ensuring the smooth execution of daytoday operations.
• Cellar and cask knowledge is desirable, but not essential.
