**Responsibilities:
- *
  • Ordering medications upon the consultant's requests
  • Depositing cheques and informing credit control
  • Hand delivering or posting embassy submissions when required
  • Posting letters/medical reports/prescriptions
  • Posting credit control letters
  • Any other posting where needed
  • Assist patients with payment receipts, medical records or any other requests.
  • Scan documents sent via post or consultant and attach to relevant location
  • Support LIPS consultants onsite, assist with any queries.
  • Manage imaging requests ad updates.
  • Liaise with consultants PA on behalf of consultants with actions required.
  • Assist with appointment scheduling and updating and filing patient medical records
  • Taking payments, generating invoices and collect payments from when necessary
  • Welcoming and greeting patients, keeping all parties informed of delays
  • Assisting with any other office tasks as needed
  • Handling correspondence, billing, and bookkeeping
  • Liaise with the international team/interpreters from all hospitals for appointments and LOGS
  • Maintaining embassy relationships
  • Visiting embassies for LOGs and payment issues / queries
  • Liaising with sister office in Egypt to coordinate diaries and LIPS room bookings
  • Assist with ordering business cards for new onboarding consultants and maintain stock
  • Ordering and maintaining stationary stock for office
  • Support business development and marketing team with events, ensuring LIPS marketing merchandise / SWAG is available
  • Collaborate and work as a team as needed
  • Report any maintenance issues and followup to completion.
  • Liaising between consultant and patient and PA teams
  • Answering calls with professionalism and high quality
  • Forwarding patient's queries to consultants and aiding patients as required
  • Booking and canceling patients' appointments
  • Support with ensuring the LOG is available ahead of appointments
  • Chasing embassies for LOGs after the appointment.
  • Follow operational processes to avoid mistakes, delays, and errors
  • Adhere to workplace rules and codes of conduct
  • Complying with the line manager in workrelated tasks and instructions

Experience working in a healthcare setting preferred

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Take initiative and proactive
