iDirect support people who have a learning disability, autism and mental health, to live in their own homes in the community.

Each person has a package of support that is unique and designed around them to ensure they have a life they have reason to value.

We are looking for passionate, hardworking and experienced individuals who are able to think on their feet, be able to problem solve and remain solution focused at all times, in the Bournemouth and Poole area's.

The individual is looking for staff members who enjoy long walks, going to charity shops, and cooking.

What we need from you;

Previous experience with supporting people with a learning disability and autism
Previous experience of supporting people with behaviours of concern
Full UK driving license
