The residents are at the heart of their business, and they want to be in tune with their needs and demands, to enable them to thrive, whilst at universityStudentRoost is looking for a charismatic and ambitious Assistant Operations Manager for their recently fully renovated 430-bedroom site that is located just a five-minute walk from the University of Liverpool and Liverpool John Moores University.

Student Roost's Assistant Operations Managers are the magic ingredient they use to deliver an exceptional customer experience; they put the customer center-stage and make sure the rest of the business does so too.

They strive for customer retention and recommendation.


The Assistant Operations Manager will support the Senior Operations Manager in the day-to-day running of a revamped property in Liverpool, leading the team to deliver exceptional service; ensuring that their student experience is first class.

You will takeresponsibility for ensuring they fill their properties all year round, with customers who want to stay year after year, creating a vibrant community.
