How do you fancy leading our data-driven initiatives and drive excellence in data management, analytics, and insights generation ?

We are looking for a Head of Data, Analytics & Insights - someone who has a passion for data strategy and analytics.

So, what will you be letting yourself in for we hear you ask

The role will play a pivotal role in shaping our data strategy, leveraging advanced analytics techniques to deliver on our objectives of delivery of the Customer Value Proposition, organic growth and efficiency maximisation.

Strategic leadership and data management is key - You'll be involved in leading the development and execution of data-driven initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, improve service quality, and drive revenue growth organically.

You'll oversee the development and maintenance of the data warehouse, ensuring data integrity, accessibility, and security whist establishing robust data governance processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

You'll be fostering a culture of data driven decision making through designing and implementing KPI's to measure the effectiveness of data-driven initiatives using this to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities within operational and customer data to improve efficiencies and deliver value to our customers and to leverage the new opportunities that the decarbonisation of the business will bring in power generation and power management.

Stakeholder management is key, you'll be partnering with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into actionable recommendations for business improvements as well as working with our external partners and suppliers to evaluate the opportunities of emerging trends and best practices in data management and analytics, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals.

There's just a couple of ̃must-haves' from our perspective¦

You'll need to have experience and be able to demonstrate leadership in data management, analytics, and insight generation, preferably within the transportation or related industry.

You'll need to have strong proficiency in data warehousing technologies, business intelligence tools, and advanced analytics platforms and be compliant with regulatory requirements such as GDPR.

Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams and have a strategic mindset to drive organisational change, and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
