As a member of a very successful team within the Bosch Mobility Solutions team you will develop your skills to manage the commercials and business relationship with our Automotive customers and tiers.

Through existing projects and by developing new opportunity in new innovative business fields you will support our ambitious growth strategy.

You will immerse yourself in Commercial Sales and will very much integrate yourself into the wider Bosch teams including Project Management, Engineering and Sales Controlling.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Lead new business acquisitions for various powertrain (electric, hybrid and combustion) components according to JLR and Bosch processes.
Master automotive industry processes to prepare, quote and negotiate programmes.
Lead negotiations (for new products and over product life time)
Create sales and pricing strategies for individual products.
Lead the important change management process commercially.
Lead all commercial activities on piece price and "Engineering, Design & Testing" for existing and new acquisition projects.
Coordinate internally with Bosch business units and represent sales in the stake holder meetings and quality gate reviews for various JLR engine programs
Assume responsibility for series production support for JLR engineering, purchasing, manufacturing as well as internal to Bosch.
Support samples coordination for various JLR engine programs
Manage a complete product portfolio within JLR business with regular interaction with manufacturing plants and business unit heads
Coordinate with Bosch and JLR project leaders for program timing and engineering releases
Support and provide input for sales planning processes

Qualifications:

Requirements:

Degree educated
Results orientated; with a desire to exceed targets (entrepreneurial mindset and customer orientated).
Proactive and selfmotivated.
Builds high quality and lasting relationships with all stakeholders (internal, external, within the UK and internationally)
Deals constructively with conflict; resilient
Good interpersonal/communication skills
Uses analytical skills in order to solve complex tasks and takes sound decisions (problem solving ability).
