Our client is seeking Complaints Officers to work in their Customer Relations Team. This is a supportive team, who have a real drive to deliver excellence to both internal and external customers - every time

The role will involve taking the lead in dealing with complaints on various matters.

You will act as the 'voice and face' of the Company, so demonstrable experience of delivering customer focused services in a demanding public facing environment is essential.


Skills and experience:


Duties:


  • Management of issues relating to customer dissatisfaction
  • Maintaining high quality records and notes on the internal system
  • Feeding back the cause of complaints to prevent recurrence
  • Identifying route cause of complaints

Skills required:


  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good letter writing skills
  • Experience in working in a customer service background
  • Excellent attention to detail skills
  • Prioritisation skills
  • Empathy skills

Hours:
Full time, 35 hours per week. 9-5, Monday to Friday - working from home 3-4 days a week.


Salary:
£28,553 - £29,980 depending on experience
