Senior Recruitment Consultant
Responsibilities:
- Taking a proactive role in managing and collecting debts of company debtors
- Evaluating new credit requests
- Setting up of terms and conditions of credit
- Negotiating repayment plans
- Responding to relevant client enquiries
- Processing and reconciliation of invoices
- Checking and posting of receipts to accounting systems
- Preparation of statements, client status reports and all relevant information as required
- Managing sales ledger
- Providing administrative support to the team
- General administration within the business

Requirements:
- Accuracy and attention to detail; good administrative skills
- Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office and Xero or Sage accountancy software preferred but not essential as training will be given
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Exceptional time skills management and organisation
- Highly selfmotivated, with the ability to work as part of a team
