  • This is a fantastic, new and exciting opportunity for a Credit Control Administrator to join my client and enhance and support the existing team.

Responsibilities:


  • Taking a proactive role in managing and collecting debts of company debtors
  • Evaluating new credit requests
  • Setting up of terms and conditions of credit
  • Negotiating repayment plans
  • Responding to relevant client enquiries
  • Processing and reconciliation of invoices
  • Checking and posting of receipts to accounting systems
  • Preparation of statements, client status reports and all relevant information as required
  • Managing sales ledger
  • Providing administrative support to the team
  • General administration within the business

Requirements:


  • Accuracy and attention to detail; good administrative skills
  • Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office and Xero or Sage accountancy software preferred but not essential as training will be given
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Exceptional time skills management and organisation
  • Highly selfmotivated, with the ability to work as part of a team
