The Voluntary Network is a registered charity providing Community Transport and Befriending services across West Suffolk and neighbouring areas of Cambridgeshire.

We provide a range of Community Transport Services, Connecting Communities, WSH Ride, Marham Flyer and Community Car Service. Our services provide support to those who would otherwise struggle to use public transport, combating rural and social isolation.

Key Tasks/Requirements

  • Answering calls from passengers
  • Scheduling journey requests
- operating databases, training provided
- liaising with driving team
- supporting volunteers
- assist to manage vehicle maintenance

Experience of managing Social Media would be advantageous

Hours

Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays 9.30am until 2.30pm Open to discussion.

Additional hours available to cover sickness and holidays
