Our client, a UK based asset management firm, managing a broad range of investment products, is seeking an Investment RFP Writer in their City of London office to assist in the production and update of Request for Proposals (RFP) documents (fund questionnaires), due diligence questionnaires and internal and external RFP databases for our client's range of funds, trusts and portfolios as well as assisting with other external queries as requested from time to time.

Our client operates a hybrid working arrangement with 3 days in the office and 2 at home.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Ensure timely and accurate completion of RFP, due diligence and other related requests submitted to the RFP team from external companies.

Ensure timely update of external RFP and DD databases as required.
Ensure compliance with the company's RFP production procedures, the FCA rules and the principles of treating customers fairly when producing and updating RFP documents.
Produce regular reporting on progress and status.
Update internal RFP database.

Experience & Qualifications:

Experience of working in a similar role.

Knowledge of investments.
Understanding of the FCA compliance rules and the principles of treating customers fairly.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong organisational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and adhere to strict guidelines.
