Ashton Recruitment require a customer service advisor for our client based in Belfast.


Position:
Customer service advisor


Location:
Belfast


Duration:
Temporary - Permanent


Rate of Pay:
£10.69 per hour


Hours of Work:
Monday-Friday, 14:00-18:00


Duties will include (but not be limited to):

  • Inbound call handling taking orders from pharmacies
  • Providing excellent customer service in a polite and courteous manner
  • Data input to inhouse system
  • Ensuring you maintain an excelled standard of call quality
  • Maintaining confidentiality of patient information

Essential Criteria:

  • 2 years' + experience in a fastpaced office environment
  • 2 years' + Customer service experience
  • Use of CRM systems
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Be able to maintain confidentiality
