Show an understanding on the different aspects of Influencer and Social Media marketing, collaboration rather than distribution? Boosting or organic? IG vs YouTube?


This is an opportunity to build and activate influencer and social strategies, helping our clients build Belief with their audience.


Key Skills & Responsibilities:


  • Support the team on running resultsdriven, strategic and robust campaigns that have maximum cutthrough across all areas (driving reach, strengthening brand image & positioning).
  • Lead and manage the development and executions of influencer activities for Global and Local clients
  • Develop and present recommendations, evaluations, POVs and analyses to clients.
  • Manage client relationships, hosting regular client meetings.
  • Leading on client needs including toolkit development, influencer lists, influencer approvals, events etc.
  • Identify and build strong relationships with influencers in line with client asks across all social platforms.
  • Perform and manage negotiations of commercially viable deals inline with budget and client needs.
  • Negotiate deals and manage ROI on influencer collaborations.
  • Develop and sustain strong relationships with influencers and agents.
  • Build trustworthy relationships with internal business teams, agency partners, and finance team.
  • Bring innovative and new ideas to the table regarding events, mailings and activations.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of influencer management platforms as well as social listening and wider insights tools.
  • A foundation in negotiation and managing influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Strong relationship building.
  • A Social Media Addict and across trends by nature.
  • Knowledge of Office Suite of products and building presentations.
  • Can work in tandem with PR/Creative teams to run 360 campaigns.
  • A knack for telling compelling and persuasive stories, propositions, or strategy.

Nice to have:


  • Direct relationships with influencers and agents.
  • Keynote proficiency and presentation skills.

Additional Information

Publicis Groupe operates a hybrid working pattern with employees being office-based on Mondays and two other days during the working week.
