Do you sincerely want to utilize behaviour intervention to enhance students' lives? We are currently seeking individuals who share our enthusiasm and commitment to join our team of behaviour mentors in the secondary schools in

Croydon. This is a wonderful chance to establish a friendly and encouraging learning environment that will support students in reaching their goals.


Responsibilities as a Behaviour

Mentor:


  • Make use of practical techniques to assist and manage pupils who exhibit difficult behaviour.
  • Offer group and oneonone mentorship to enable students to make wise decisions.
  • Work together to create and carry out behaviour intervention programs with educators, parents, and other organizations.
  • Encourage pupils to have a culture of accountability, understanding, and respect.
  • Keep track of pupils' development and make necessary adjustments to interventions.
  • Set a good example for pupils, encouraging them to overcome challenges and accomplish their objectives.

Requirements as a Behaviour

Mentor:


  • Track record of success working with students who exhibit difficult behaviour.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Capacity to put into practice efficient behaviour control techniques.
  • Genuine passion and empathy for improving the lives of students.
  • Desirable relevant credentials or training in behaviour assistance.
