Our client is seeking a highly motivated Clinical Support individual to join their team and ensure the operational excellence of their orthopaedic portfolio across Essex & Hertfordshire.

The role


In this role, you will be providing valuable support and showcasing our client's orthopaedic products and implants to a range of hospital staff and clinical stakeholders in both NHS and private healthcare settings, alongside some sales exposure.

You'll becomean expert regarding the technical and methodological requirements of the product portfolio to provide ongoing advice and ensure customers maximise the utilisation of our client's products.


  • Other responsibilities include: _
  • Being accountable for providing clinical support to the Sales Representatives
  • Working with and supporting Sales Representatives to ensure targets are achieved
  • Reporting any product issues, safety alerts and recalls
  • Providing any suggestions for product or process improvement
  • Organising and conducting training, theatre participation and workshops
  • Providing and supporting sales opportunities for new business
  • Building strong, longterm customer relationships
  • Translating complex technical information into simple messages
  • Maintaining highlevel knowledge of developments in the orthopaedic sector

The requirements

  • You will be a clinical individual or a recent graduate looking to break into the orthopaedic industry, as well as: _
  • Degree Educated in a relevant discipline
  • Theatre/Clinical experience is essential
  • Knowledge of Human Anatomy
  • Excellent customerfacing skills and ability to maintain a strong personal impression
  • Comfortable working within a surgical environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Resilient and able to thrive in a highpressure environment
  • Full UK driving license
  • Flexible and willing to travel across the territory
  • The territory covers Essex & Hertfordshire._
