Head of Event Operations

Office based in Leicestershire, with occasional home working. Your chance to become part of a successful events agency overseeing all aspects of the event team and managing a variety of high-quality programmes and events, in the UK and abroad

The Role

A varied leadership role, with the primary focus being on operational excellence through the effective management of the event logistics teams, their training and development and workload planning.


Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Line management of the events team
  • Overseeing team workload and managing capacity
  • Oneonone meetings and appraisals with the events team
  • Leading on team training and development
  • Developing and implementing improvements in workflow
  • Acting as key point of contact for the logistics team
