Are you currently in a management position or are you an aspiring manager? If so, you may be the person to join our team.

In Science, Health and Care we are looking for forward-thinking innovative Curriculum Area Leaders who will lead a team of Sub-Curriculum Areas in Public Services, Animal Care, Health & Social Care, Sport, Early Years/Childcare and Princes Trust.

This is an exciting time to join our team, as we shape the future as a faculty.

You will be responsible for a full range of provision including managing the quality of Teaching, Learning and Assessment and maintaining high quality and achievement rates.


To support the Head of Faculty and lead high quality provision for all students in the designated areas of curriculum.

This will be achieved by line managing teachers and Enhance Coaches within the designated areas of curriculum to ensure high performance and an exceptional student experience.

The postholder will work collaboratively with internal and external partners to improve the quality of teaching, learning and assessment, that results in students gaining key academic and employability skills that will support them in achieving their next steps into employment or continued education.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£36,332.00-£40,891.00 per year
