You will focus on developing the plant performance and process capability in all areas of themanufacturing process and site function.


  • You will have a real passion for and experience of process and performance improvement within a manufacturing environment.
  • You will be familiar with root cause analysis and other problem solving techniques.
  • With great networking skills you will have the ability to influence and build relationships with our site teams but also the communication skills to be able to explain technical concepts to different levels within the business.
  • You will also have experience in quality standards and controls with a high attention to detail, quality and order.

What will I be doing in the role?


Our Process and Performance Engineer role is new role to the PCR business, and we see this as a key role to support our continued focus on performance improvements in line with our plant growth strategy.

Your main responsibilities and challenging activitieswill see you;

  • Identifying and implementing process control requirements through systematic loss identification, research and scope investments in technology and facilities needed to drive and facilitate our world class manufacturing (WCM) product and process development.
  • Undertaking research and development of potential improvement solutions, including trials and feasibility studies to evaluate the most appropriate opportunities for process and performance improvement.
  • Have responsibility for ensuring plant process capability is maintained and improved upon to allow our products to be manufactured in accordance with our customer specifications
