London, Palace Street, Hybrid working (3 days in office)

Hours:
Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Mon-Fri)

Invoices

Ensuring invoices are matched with purchase orders and approved according to the authority matrix
Making sure the invoices are correctly coded
Resolving supplier and internal queries promptly and professionally
Assisting with weekly BACs payment runs
Managing new suppliers' registration requests Reconciling intercompany accounts monthly and maintain supporting documentation.

Employee Expenses

Auditing expense claims in Oracle Expense Module, validating against expenses policy
Checking the recoverable VAT is supported by expense receipts
Respond to queries from employees and follow up where required or escalate queries with senior management Conduct reconciliation of the corporate card transactions by the card holders and follow up on the outstanding claims

Other

Assist with the reconciliation of VAT returns
Assist with the monthly reporting and budget reviews, ensuring timely and reliable information is available
Business partner with departments and assist with the review of the departmental costs Working with the Procurement Regional Team to continually improve AP processes in Europe Regional Office

What you will bring

Experience working in accounts payable, with a focus on reviewing and processing a high volume of invoices and expense claims
Experience in Oracle Fusion
Knowledge of VAT
AAT qualified or part qualified
Computer literate with good excel and word skills
Good communication skills, both written and oral
Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Detail oriented. You stay focused and nothing falls through the cracks on your watch
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage variable workload Adaptable with the ability to work independently and within a team
