Main duties:
- To develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our client base, specifically HNW/UHNW from fast east
- To promote the company in a variety of social media and other content platforms, media organisations and the latest digital trends
- To build and maintain strong, longlasting client relationships
- To partner with clients to understand their needs and objectives and provide solutions in a professional manner
- To communicate and provide communication materials in excellent Chinese and English
- To effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
Key Responsibilities:
- Proven track record of client development and client acquisition
- Strategic thinker, be proactive and act as an entrepreneur to increase the firm's exposure within the target market, carrying out business development and networking to identify new areas for growth and client acquisition
- Going to networking events on a regular basis to engage with potential HNW/UHNW clients
- Travelling on a regular basis to meet with the HNW/UHNW clients
- Excellent communication in both Chinese and English
- Minimum 10 years' experience working as a private banker and/ or BDM for Chinese HNW/UHNW Clients (onshore and offshore)
- Passion for wealth management and have sound knowledge of global financial markets and current affairs
- A team player with the highest professional work ethic and standards who is decisive, innovative and able to cope under pressure
- Working with other members of the team to ensure the highest degree of client satisfaction is met
- Maintain the highest standard to ensure quality and compliant onboarding and ongoing monitoring of client relationships
- Ensure all KYC, AML and other Compliance screenings are adhered to
- To be responsible for assessing risk tolerance and investment suitability of each client and marketing appropriate products and services
- Qualified to RDR level 4 and CF30 preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to plan and prioritise workloads
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint
Salary:
From £55,000.00 per year
