The Role:

We're looking for an enthusiastic individual who is dedicated to making memorable experiences for our customers. This role requires a passion for connecting with both humans and pets, making their days easier and brighter.

This role will report to our Brand Manager, sitting within the marketing team.

An exciting opportunity to make an impact on all facets of Pets Purest customer service, both online and in person, alongside championing the voice of our customer across all the brand's touchpoints.


What you'll be doing:


  • Resolve customer queries and report on issues plus manage the resolution
  • Building efficiency into our customer service operation to
  • Work with our brand manager on the customer journey, identifying weak spots and ideating solutions
  • Connect with our wholesale customers and grow this channel within the business
  • Attend events and trade shows to connect with customers beyond the customer service platform
  • Delight our customers at unexpected moments with creative initiatives (welcoming new customers, loyalty programmes)
  • Support with market research and competitor analysis (surveys, focus groups, interviews)

What you'll bring to the role:

  • A dedication to making every customer have a positive experience with Pets Purest
  • An allrounder who can get stuck in across all aspects of the customer experience journey
  • A team player with a positive mindset and excellent customer service skills
  • A selfstarter someone who can plan their own time well and can bring plenty of ideas to the table
  • Experience working live/customerfacing events
  • An animal lover is a big plus

£20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
