Description
St Helens College & Knowsley Community College are looking for a highly motivated individual to support the Vice Principal - Curriculum and Quality in maximising outcomes for students and enhance progression, through the day to day robust and efficient implementation of all quality improvement initiatives, systems and processes across the College.
Working closely with the Teaching, Learning and Assessment Manager you will lead the drive for improvements in teaching, learning and assessment across the College group.
The role involves ensuring that the College provision remains compliant with external regulatory frameworks, ensuring the effective and efficient operation of quality assurance and improvement procedures, and managing relationships with curriculum staff to promote sharing of best practice and to ensure high standards.
You will have a sound knowledge and understanding of effective quality systems in an education and training context and will provide challenge, drive and support to help the College to achieve and maintain outstanding performance in all areas of work.
