A specialist law firm in Exeter are looking to hire a Family Solicitor into their growing and talented team.

The firm have opportunities within both their Divorce & Finance team, as well as their Children team, so there are different avenues available.

Thecaseload will involve a mix of both private and publicly funded legal aid work, with the firm currently having to turn away work, while they look to hire new people into the team.

This firm have a culture for offering real flexibility and supporting peoplewith their outside and family lives.

Working here, you won't feel guilty for dashing off to pick up the kids at half past three, while you'll also be given responsibility and autonomy to direct your diary and work pattern.

What we're looking for:


  • A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with family law experience
  • An empathetic approach
  • Experience of conducting your own advocacy or attending Court with Counsel
  • A confident, caring and and helpful attitude towards the team and clients
