    Description

    Job Title: Facilities Administrator

    We are seeking a part-time Facilities Administrator to support the day-to-day running of administrative duties within a college environment in Oxford City Centre.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide high-level administrative support to the Head of Maintenance and Maintenance Manager
    • Maintain accurate records of planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring that maintenance of plant and equipment is undertaken at correct intervals
    • Assist with planning and co-ordination of larger projects
    • Coordinate and order staff work wear
    • Organise meetings with contractors on site and diaries
    • Distribute information to contractors, including drawings and specifications
    • Retain project data and pass relevant documentation to archives
    • Request Health and Safety documentation from contractors prior to project commencement and file accordingly

    The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of demonstrable in-depth admin experience and ideally knowledge of relevant health and safety documentation and an understanding of GDPR.

    Working Hours and Salary:

    This is a 30-hour per week role, working Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 13:30. The salary for this position is £16.77 per hour.
