About the role
EdAid is looking for a Student Success Lead to join our growing team.

The EdAid Team works across the globe, including Dubai, New York and Toronto, and is looking for a new team member for our growing team based in London.


You will work in the Student Success Team, collaborating with other teammates and colleagues to develop, maintain and improve the student experience through effective communication, empathy and understanding.


Day-to-day, you will:


  • Manage inbound questions and outbound communications to facilitate students' monthly payments.
  • Escalate issues when needed.
  • Provide support for operational projects, as needed, including data reconciliation and coordination with partner schools' student success teams.
  • Be an internal advocate for our students.
  • You're deeply mission driven

  • You have excellent written and spoken English
  • You have prior customerfacing experience
