Key duties:


  • Daytoday management of Receptionists working in an established team of three.
  • Organising rotas/shift patterns, management of leave and absence, performance reviews and appraisals.
  • Supporting the Client Services Manager, setting standards and managing training requirements.
  • Receptionist duties to include (37.5 hours a week over shift patterns between 8am 7pm).
  • Managing the switchboard, ensuring guests are greeted and shown to the relevant rooms.
  • Room booking and set up.
  • Supporting additional teams including IT and catering to ensure the smooth running of Reception.
  • Previous corporate reception experience within Finance/professional services ideally 3 5 years
  • Previous switchboard experience.
  • Well presented, articulate, warm and professional, high energy, committed to delivering an outstanding service.
  • Natural relationship builder/ambassador for a company, will need to get to know staff/clients on a first name basis.
  • Strong gravitas to work effectively with a wide variety of professionals (internal and external).
