Description
Property maintenance assistant required to respond to a wide range of property care tasks.Any trade considered but ideally multi skilled with a basic level of carpentry, masonry and or plastering.
Should be confident problem solving and have experience of a of property care role
- ideally in tenanted properties.
Must be confident dealing with tenants
- taking inbound requests for repairs, discussing with management, agreeing the best course of action and organising other trades such as electricians/plumbers as required to complete the repair. Keeping tenant informed and meeting regulatory requirements such as notice for access and updates on repairs.
Must have own transport, ideally able to transport light materials and tools.
