As our Finance Business Partner you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the Head of Finance in ensuring robust financial control, expense management, and world class commercial finance partnering with the Product and Marketing teams to deliver Bupa Global's strategic vision and profitability growth objectives.

What you'll do:

Act as a business partner to the Product and Marketing teams.
Support the development of robust marketing plans, building tracking and reporting to enable full optimization of marketing budgets.
Develop commercial business cases to support Product and Marketing development activities.
Provide best in class MI to enable full transparency on marketing spend versus budgets and ensure and accurate and up to date BEF is available at all times.
Feed in to the monthly opex reporting process, providing meaningful commentaries on spend versus AOP and BEF.
This role will require the incumbent to influence and lead finance and nonfinance stakeholders and as such will be expected to develop good working relationships with other departments.
Work closely with the wider Finance team to ensure issues that impact the wider team are communicated, with clear actions to resolve.
Assist in shaping and implementing required changes and enhancements to Finance processes and reporting.

What you'll bring:

Fully or nearly qualified ACA/CIMA/ACCA or qualified by experience
Strong Commercial finance skills
Stakeholder and partnering experience
Must be able to interpret/analyse outputs and communicate to non finance personnel.
