THE COMPANY

A leading fintech brand who recently has gone through substantial growth, with such a successful growth stage they are now self sufficient and looking to strengthen the analytics team.

They are people focused and employ flexible ways of work ensuring thepeople first culture is still within the organisation

THE ROLE

As a Lead Customer Analyst, you will lead on insight generation into who the customers are and how to increase retention and enhance their experience.

More specifically you will have to:

Use SQL to understand and breakdown large sets of data to extract impactful insights on customer lifetime value, customer churn and retention
Segment customers through data modelling and deep dive analysis, allowing for targeted marketing and a more personalised customer experience
Provide mentoring and support for the wider team, using your skills to growth the capabilities of the department
Look into fintech products and how to enhance the user and customer experience across the array of products

YOUR SKILLS

An expert in SQL (Python/R would be desirable)
Good knowledge of customer analytics and KPI's such as CLV, retention and loyalty
Confident providing insights to high level senior stakeholders and conveying complex tech terms in digestible jargon
