The post holder will be responsible for a diverse range of activities to support the delivery of projects/programmes objectives


Key responsibilities will include:
System Control Centre Operational Management Support the operational delivery of the System Control Centre


This includes:

Support the EPRR/SCC Officer with the effective and timely flow of communications cascades between providers, the ICB and the Region; Lead the maintenance of the SCC staffing rota; Support the delivery of data collections and assurance returns through the SCC; Supporting any response through the relevant operational meetings; Monitoring and updating digital cascade systems such as the On-Call system.

EPRR Project Management Responsible for organising key EPRR project meeting, engagement and workshop sessions, booking venues, sending invites, taking minutes.


Attending and/or facilitating meetings where agreed and present on progress, ensuring that all actions are logged and followed up as required.

Manage programme schedule and resource dependencies and conflict between initiatives. Manage the end-to-end procedures relating to all aspects of the project life-cycle. Support the team to ensure the timely capture of lessons learned throughout the project life-cycle.

Responsible for developing and managing project tracking, control and reporting arrangements ensuring that project/programmes objectives can be achieve.

Planning and Organising Contribute to the strategic planning of team activities, identifying interdependencies, and potential impacts on wider organisation, resource requirements and building in contingency and adjustments as necessary.

Contribute to short, medium and long-term business plans.

Service Improvement Responsible for the development of operational processes and improvements to ensure robust coordination and alignment across the team in the delivery of its operational plan.

To promote learning, sharing and evaluation of support delivered to appropriate stakeholder. Contribute to strategic planning.

As part of a Project and Programme Management community of practice contribute to the development of project and programme management approaches and way of working across the organisation(s).

Support the tracking of benefits realisation.
