Our client is a hugely successful estate agency with several offices in central London, they are seeking an experienced and successful Sales Manager to join their branch in the South Bank area.

Ideally, our client is seeking an individual who has experience managing a team and a proven track record of being a top performer throughout their career.
Working hours:
As a Sales Manager, you'll be required to work full-time hours with weekend availability.
Our client is offering the successful Sales Manager:
- Basic Salary £30,000-£40,000
- Expected OTE £80,000£100,000
- 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing by 1 day for every 2 years of service (max 30)

o be considered for the Sales Manager role you must have:
- Wealth of experience in an Estate Agency with experience managing a sales team
- Experience in conducting valuations
- Proven track record of sales, preferably within central London
- Previous valuation and listing experience
- Sales Progression
- Strong leadership, communication and IT skills
As a Sales Manager your role will involve the following:
- Preparing for and delivering daily team meetings
- To review the daytoday performance of the sales team, identifying training needs, monitoring KPIs etc...
- Responsibility for liaising with clients and applicants to deal with any issues
- Ensure compliance with company and industry rules and regulations
- Sales Progression
