With a busy summer period fast approaching, we are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Supervisor.

As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations while ensuring the highest level of customer service.

If you have a passion for the hospitality industry, can demonstrate good initiative, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you

Responsibilities include:

Key holding
Cash ups
Supervising and training staff both on the floor and the bar
Problem solving any issues that arise on shift
Monitoring employee performance and provide feedback for improvement
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar & floor
Handling customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
Ensuring a positive work attitude is maintained at all times

Requirements:

Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience making cocktails
Experience working on the floor
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
