Overview:
We at Integra cleaning group are seeking a dedicated and reliable full time Mobile Operative to join our team.

As a Mobile Cleaning Operative, you will be responsible for a team of cleaners in the Essex and surrounding areas ensuring the team are maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in various commercial settings.

This position comes with opportunities for growth and advancement. 40hr contract.

Duties:

- mobile cleaning operative across Essex and surrounding areas
- provide cover for sickness and holidays
- be flexible
- performing site audits/site inspections and submitting reports to your management team
- carry out periodic cleaning, working along side our specialist cleaning team

Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify your contract manager when restocking is needed
Follow established safety protocols and use personal protective equipment as required
Adhere to cleaning schedules and complete assigned tasks in a timely manner

Qualifications:
- hold a full driving licence with no more then 3 points

Previous experience in commercial cleaning preferred
Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed within designated timeframes
Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if necessary
