We are looking for a super organised, strategically minded, Streetworks Coordinator to join our Infrastructure team


What you'll be doing


As a Streetworks Coordinator in the Infrastructure arm of Telcom Group, you will be responsible for planning and managing to completion all aspects of our streetworks requirements.

Establishing and maintaining Local Authority relationships will be the key to our success while building our network out into new and existing Hypercities.

You should have a sound knowledge of the notice and permitting process and be competent in raising and managing street works notices, permit activity and dealing with FPN's, alongside the ability to programme work, create works packs including utility safe digs.

This role will accelerate the rapid growth of our own fibre network infrastructure and our awesome team.

We would love someone with

  • Solid experience in noticing/permitting with practical knowledge of NRSWA, the Code of Practice for the Coordination of Street Works, the Code of Practice for Inspections, and Part 4 of the Traffic Management Act Street Works
  • Conversant in Street Manager and Symology together with the endtoend process for noticing and permitting including inspections, registration, FPN's and defects
  • Knowledge of onsite civils and cabling activities
  • To be able to communicate at all levels, with excellent written and oral skills
  • To be selfmotivated and to be able to motivate others, to be reliable and to be able to act with responsibility
  • IT skills required with specific reference to the Microsoft or Google suite of packages
  • You're strategic and always looking for ways to improve
  • An eager eye for attention to detail
  • You enjoy thinking of new models and ways of approaching challenges in an everchanging environment
