Are you interested in helping other staff with their training and development? If so, this could be the role for you.

As part of the corporate HROD team you would manage the East Sussex Training & Development Centre based in Eastbourne, and commission the corporate core programme of training courses.

As a key member of the team, you would also support other activities like the council's Coaching Network and leadership development.

You will manage a small team of Training Assistants, process charges for places on training courses and work closely with colleagues to ensure that the courses on offer meet the needs of staff and help to progress Council objectives.

We are looking for applicants who:

Will embed diversity and equality at the forefront of any of the team's work.
Can make decisions when they are needed, even if they prove unpopular or difficult.

Interviews will take place via Microsoft Teams unless you request an in-person interview. Interviews will be taking place on the 1 of May.

Additional Information
Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
