We are looking to recruit a full time, Risk Assessor to deliver a high-quality, person-centred risk assessment in the Hammersmith, Shepherd's Bush, Fulham and Ladbroke grove area.

The Role:


  • Carry out new assessments daily and create care plans for new service users within our areas
  • Liaise with the team regarding any changes to service users reviews
  • Support service users to achieve maximum independence
  • Ensure adequate knowledge and comply with risk assessments
  • Record complaints, incidents, accidents as per the reporting policy, keeping all parties involved up to date
  • Updating existing care plans and reviews.

Experience:


  • Providing care: 1 year (preferred)
  • Supervisory: 1 year (preferred)
  • Assessor 1 year (preferred)
  • Training available, if no experience.

Work remotely:


  • No

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
Up to £21,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
