Our greatest expertise is our team's ability to find and develop sites for floating projects in deeper waters.Role profile
The People and Culture Modern Apprentice role is an operational role and is required to provide administrative support to the People and Culture Team at Flotation Energy.
Key accountabilities
- Assist in administration of Recruitment and Onboarding Processes
- Assist in maintaining and updating personnel records and files
- Support with organising meetings and minute taking
- Answering employee enquiries
- Assist in updating employee holiday and sickness records
- Support Senior HR and Learning and Development team members as required
Person specification
- An interest in developing a career in HR
- Ability to deal with confidential information and maintain confidentiality
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels
- Ability to drive outcomes in a fastpaced environment, with strong issue identification skills, as well as organisational and analytical skills
- A high level of motivation and selfdirection, as well as professional integrity
- An interest in the renewable energy space (desirable)
Qualification specification
- A minimum of a National 5 at Grade C in English and Maths

Salary:
£18,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
