An exciting opportunity to join our small friendly family business, producing & retailing natural healthcare products for animals.

We are looking for a hardworking & reliable person, with a genuine passion for animals to help produce products that make a difference to animals all over the world.

This is a full-time position for a Production Assistant;


Annual Salary:
£21,000

Monday-Friday 9am - 5pm

We have been producing and retailing handmade natural healthcare products at Aromesse for over 18 years, and are highly regarded for producing natural and effective products which help thousands of animals with skin problems.

We are based in a lovely rural location in a converted barn above stables, where you will find our dedicated team and office dogs.

Qualities & experience

• The workday can be very varied and you need to have a flexible approach to your work
• You need to be selfmotivated, highly organised & able to prioritise your workload
• You will be helping directly to make the products, so you need to enjoy practical tasks, and it is essential that you have high standards and your work is meticulous.
• Your great attention to detail, and a sense of pride, will result in a job well done, making a difference to many animals.
• You need to have enthusiasm and 'cando' positive attitude.
• Computer literacy & familiarity with popular software packages would be an advantage.
• You should be happy to enjoy working in an environment around dogs

Your role will be varied, and your main duties will include:

• Manual preparation of products, including some manual handling
• Bottling products
• Wrapping & labelling
• Keeping work area clean at all times
• Packing & despatch of mail orders when required
• Stock management
• Basic office administration

Please note, as this is not a customer service role, you will not be required to communicate directly with customers.
