JOB TITLE:
Residential Conveyancer (Locum)

PQE REQUIRED:
3+ years

LOCATION:
South Yorkshire

SALARY:
£35-£40 per hour (£DOE)

THE ROLE:

This role would suit a qualified Solicitor with upwards of 3 years' experience in dealing with a full range of residential conveyancing matters.

The appointed Residential Conveyancer will be able to come in and hit the ground running taking on their own caseloadof matters to include, sales, re-mortgages, freehold and lease hold work and new plot purchases.

You will be providing an excellent and responsive service to clients in all aspects of residential conveyancing. Secretarial support will be provided.

THE CANDIDATE:

Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with upwards of 3 years' experience within Residential Conveyancing. You will have a self-starting approach to tasks and projects, with the ability to work on your own initiative.

You must have a keen eyefor detail and be able to work under mínimal supervision, good organisational and communication skills are essential to be successful in this role.
