Key Responsibilities and Duties:


  • You will be responsible for successful project realization from early design and procurement through manufacturing and installation up to
- commissioning.

  • This will include coordination within the engineering workstream and interface management with other workstreams.
  • You will also help in coordinating work package managers (e.g. for turbine, foundation, inner array grid, geology) and their teams regarding
- specific engineering deliverables.

  • Besides, you will make sure alignment and intime delivery of CapEx and Risk-Budget estimate for the work packages.
  • Compliance with project management rules and processes will be an implicit part of your role.
  • All this will be rounded off by overall documentation of technical as well as design assumptions, decisions and risk management.

Requirements:


  • Completed studies (Diploma / Master's Degree) in Engineering, Science or a comparable background.
  • Experience in project management for major Offshore Wind Projects as well as in leading leaders of fastpaced project environments.
  • Proven selfstarter with the ability to work across project teams and to lead by example.
  • Able to adequately respond to dynamic situations and willing to familiarize oneself with new tasks at short notice.
  • Proactive, curious and courageous, open to experiment with the ambition to continuously develop further.
  • International mindset combined with excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).
  • Fluency in English, German language skills in addition are welcome.
