Job Description:
We are looking to recruit a high caliber, experienced and self-motivated receptionist with excellent communication and relationship building skills. We are looking for someone who is business oriented, determined and patient focused, with the ability to multi task.

Within the role you will be expected to make autonomous decisions, control budgets and run the practice how you see fit.

The practice is well established with excellent processes and procedures already in place, using Kodak R4 computer system.

At least two years' experience within the dental industry

• Have proven management skills
• Have good financial skills
• Excellent people management skills
• Have excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in dealing with both staff and patients.
• Have good computer skills and be able to work with Word and Excel
• Have a driving license and be able to travel.
