    Job Title: Personal Tax Supervisor

    Location: Central London, Hybrid Working Available

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Tax Supervisor to join our team at Bennett & Game. As a key member of our accounting practice, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality tax services to our clients.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Supervise and manage a team of tax professionals, ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities and delivering exceptional customer service.
    • Stay up-to-date with changes in tax legislation and ensure that all staff are aware of any updates or requirements.
    • Collaborate with other departments to deliver comprehensive tax solutions for our clients.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within an accountancy practice.
    • Strong knowledge of UK tax laws and regulations.
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

    What We Offer:

    • Competitive salary circa £65,000 FTE.
    • 25 days holiday per year, plus bank holidays.
